If you experience a blue screen on boot (error 0xc000000e) that means you did not power down after migration and remove the old drive before rebooting. Make sure to do so. (if the original is a 2.5" SSD or 3.5" HDD, you can just unplug the SATA data cable).
Install the program on your current C: drive.
If you want to migrate to a drive that already has data on it: the only way to migrate it over to a disk with data on it is to have enough unallocated space for the ENTIRE C: size and the additional partitions. It is not a recommended process and I won't guide you through it as it has a higher chance of failure or data loss.
